Spiral ham
Slow cooked and cured for tenderness and savory taste. Simply heat or enjoy chilled for a traditional holiday feast. Serves 10-12.
St. Louis style pork ribs
Our tender ribs are slow-smoked and feature Matt’s Rib Rub and sweet & smoky sauce. We sell these two racks per order which will be approximately 20 bones.
Turkey breast
A true Big Jake’s BBQ experience is never complete until you pull a smoked turkey breast off the pit. We’re talking about turkey that actually tastes like turkey – whole muscle breast, seasoned, and smoked to perfection. Plus, like Thanksgiving turkey it makes great turkey sandwiches for days! Serves 6-8.
Whole beef brisket
Put some Texas on your holiday table with this tender, juicy and extremely flavorful beef brisket. We select the best brisket, apply our special salt & pepper rub, and smoke these beauties for 16 hours. Heat and serve for a holiday main dish guaranteed to impress. Serves 10-12.
